1. Platform Ownership

This platform, including all associated software, applications, content, databases, features, designs, trademarks, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), is solely owned and operated by Happy Discounts (“Platform Owner”).

The Platform Owner retains full ownership rights and complete administrative control over the Platform at all times.

2. Third-Party Listings & Discretion

Any stores, merchants, event organizers, advertisers, promotional partners, or third parties displayed, listed, or onboarded on the Platform are included solely at the discretion of the Platform Owner.

The Platform Owner reserves the unrestricted right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any promotional partner, listing, offer, feature, or integration at any time, with or without prior notice, unless and until a formal written agreement is executed and signed by all relevant parties.

No partnership, agency, joint venture, exclusivity arrangement, or legal obligation shall be deemed to exist unless explicitly stated in a mutually executed written agreement.

Any verbal communication, email correspondence, proposal, or informal understanding shall not constitute a legally binding agreement.

3. Trademark & Intellectual Property Notice

The name Happy Discounts, along with all logos, brand identifiers, designs, product names, domain names, user interface elements, and proprietary content associated with the Platform, are the exclusive property of the Platform Owner unless otherwise stated.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names of third parties appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (India)

This Legal Notice shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

5. Startup & Investor-Friendly Clarification

The Platform may evolve, and features or partnerships may be modified or discontinued unless contractually agreed in writing.

6. Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Legal Notice, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
